Ab sofort habt ihr bis zum 31. Oktober 2023 Zeit, euch HIER (gebührenfrei) euer Restguthaben zurück überweisen zu lassen. Bitte denkt dran, 3 Monate sind eine lange Zeit, aber zögert es nicht hinaus. Ist die Zeit um, schließt der Payout und euer Guthaben wird zu den Spenden der Müllpfand-Spende hinzugerechnet.
CASHLESS-BEZAHLUNG AUF DEM PANGEA
Als eigene Währung gibt es auf Pangea den Pangøe als digitale Währung.
Aus Respekt zu Mutter Natur und der Einfachheit und Sicherheit wegen trägt jedes Bändchen einen RFID Chip, den ihr vor und auf dem Festival gebührenfrei aufladen und überall damit bezahlen könnt.
Der Chip enthält neben euren Pangøe auch euren 5€ Müllpfand, der euch bei Abgabe eines mindestens halbvollen Müllsacks zurückerstattet wird.
Auf dem Festivalgelände findet ihr neben El Banko (mit Menschen besetzter Schalter) genügend Self Top Up Stationen an denen ihr euren Chip mit EC-Karte, Kreditkarte, Apple Pay und Google Pay aufladen könnt. An den mit Menschen besetzten Schaltern auch mit Bargeld (davon gibt es aber nicht viele, also besser ihr lässt euer Bargeld zu Hause!).
Wer seinen RFID-Chip schon vor Festivalbeginn aufladen möchte, kann dies ab dem 31. Juli 2023 natürlich schon bequem von zu Hause aus über die About You Pangea Festival App tun. Ganz easy mit Paypal, Kreditkarte (Visa oder Mastercard) und Sofort-Überweisung.
Wichtige Infos zwecks Sofort-Überweisung: Sofortige Zahlungen sind nicht garantiert. Die Transaktion kann aus verschiedenen Gründen abbrechen, bevor sie auf unserem Bankkonto eintrifft. Der häufigste Grund warum eine Transaktion mit Sofort nicht abgewickelt wird, ist eine unzureichende Deckung. Bei Sofort-Zahlungen gibt es keine "echten" vom Karteninhaber initiierten Rückbuchungen. Wir verbuchen eine Transaktion als Rückbuchung, wenn die Transaktion nicht ordnungsgemäß abgewickelt wurde und die Gutschrift auf dem Bankkonto des Käufers nicht mehr rückgängig gemacht werden kann. Daher können Sofort-Rückbuchungen nicht verteidigt werden. In dem Fall, dass wir nachträglich eine Abrechnung erhalten, buchen wir einen ChargebackReversed.Schließlich werden wir aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen nicht über den Grund der Rückbuchung informiert. Nice to know: Euer Chip beinhaltet zugleich eure Zugangsberechtigung zum Festivalgelände und, falls ihr Camping dazu gebucht habt, auch die zum Campingplatz. Und bei der About You Vintage Wardrobe lässt sich gegen Pfand über euren Chip auch easy ein cooles Festival Outfit ausleihen!

PAYMENT AT PANGEA FESTIVAL
Pangea has its own digital currency: Pangøe.
For the sake of simplicity and security, each wristband carries an RFID chip that you can load free of charge before via app and right at the festival and pay with it everywhere.
The chip contains your Pangøe as well as your 5€ garbage deposit (deposit was included in your Festival Ticket), which will be refunded when you return a garbage bag that is at least half full.
With the RFID chips you can wear everything easy peasy on your arm and the best: After the festival you have until October 31st 2023 to get your remaining credit transferred back (free of charge). Please remember, 3 months is a long time, but don't procrastinate. Once the time is up, the payout will close and your balance will be added to your trash pledge donation.
On the festival area you will find next to El Banko (counter manned by people) enough Self Top Up stations where you can top up your chip with EC card, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. At the counters staffed with people you can load your RFID bracelets also with cash (but there are not many of those, so better you leave your cash at home!).
If you want to top up your chip before the festival starts (via the About You Pangea Festival app) you can do so from the comfort of your own home from July 31, 2023. It works easy with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or instant bank transfer.
Important: Instant bank transfer is not guaranteed. Because payments are not guaranteed, a transaction can 'bounce' before it arrives to our bank account due to several reasons. In general the most common reason why a transaction with Sofort is not been settled is because of insufficient funds. For Sofort payments, there are no ‘real’ cardholder initiated chargebacks. We book a transaction as a chargeback when the transaction was not settled properly.Once the funds are credited back into the shopper's bank account, these credits cannot be reversed anymore. Therefore, Sofort chargebacks cannot be defended. In the case where we do get settlement afterwards, we will book a ChargebackReversed.Finally, due to data protection rules, we are not informed with regards to the reason of the chargeback.We hope this sufficiently answers your query. Nice to know: Your chip also contains your access authorization to the festival area and, if you have booked camping, also to the camping site. You want to borrow something from the About You Vintage Wardrobe? No problem, your deposit will be debited from the RFID chip on site and booked back after returning the items.
